Blandæ Doble

Our beers are characterized by their production process, which is based entirely on natural products without additives, colorings or preservatives.

During the brewing, we use only four ingredients:

  • Water
  • Barley malt
  • Yeast
  • Hops
All our beers are ales, which give to the beer fruity aromas.

In a secondary fermentation, we obtain a natural gasification. With this second fermentation, the beer matures for a month and takes the aroma of each recipe. Thus, we end the process with a foamy beer and fine bubbles.

General recommendations on craft beer:

  • The bottle should be upright whenever possible.
  • The maximum temperature to ensure good product can not exceed 20º C. However, it is advisable to keep the temperature below 18º C.
  • Serve without sediment.
  • Avoid heat and violent movements.
  • Avoid direct sunlight to ensure the organoleptic properties of beer.
